The weather is positively tropical in Manchester today (comparatively speaking at least, it's 23 degrees!!), so it's the perfect time to get the American Apparel jungle leaves print out. Here I wore the Jungle Leaves Sleeveless Crop Top with some slashed high waisted jeans, block heeled sandals, and I continued the jungle theme with a snakeskin print cross body bag from Topshop. I'm also wearing the American Apparel Boucle Shawl Caridgan - I absolutely love this piece! I have owned the grey version for a couple of years and despite the fairly hefty price tag of £66 I don't regret buying one bit. I get SO much wear out of it, and I imagine I'll get even more wear out of the black version. Despite being knitwear, it's ideal for warmer weather because it's quite a fine knit and is really loose fitting and airy - the perfect thing to throw on in the evenings, it was a lifesaver when I visited California last summer!
**PS: I'm SO excited to have been shortlisted for Company Magazine Best Personal Style Blog 2014
- thanks so much to all those who nominated me! If you'd like to vote for me to win the award (and I'd love it if you did!) you can do so here -
just select Hannah Louise F on the first page, click through the remaining categories (and of course choose your favourites if you recognise some names), and submit with your email address at the end. It takes 30 seconds :-) thank you!**
